The PLM Doctor to Lead 30-Month Enterprise PLM Transformation Programme

The PLM Doctor is pleased to announce a new 30-month engagement with a global technology and advanced warehousing automation organisation headquartered in Hertfordshire.

This strategic mandate involves leading a greenfield PLM Business Transformation programme at the heart of a broader enterprise modernisation agenda. The objective is to establish Product Lifecycle Management as a foundational element of the company’s digital architecture, enabling a fully integrated and governed digital thread across engineering, manufacturing, service and operations.

The programme will define and implement the target operating model for PLM, including governance structures, cross-functional process harmonisation, data ownership principles and executive-level performance oversight. Particular emphasis will be placed on ensuring alignment between strategic objectives, technology enablement and measurable business outcomes.

As part of the agreement, The PLM Doctor will directly source and coordinate the specialised expertise required to deliver the transformation, ensuring a coherent blend of programme leadership, technical capability and change execution throughout the lifecycle of the initiative.
