The PLM Doctor to Support Major Automotive CAD and PDM Migration

The PLM Doctor is pleased to announce a new 6-month engagement with a well-known and large luxury automotive manufacturer based in Surrey to support a strategic CAD and PDM migration programme.

As part of this initiative, we will lead the Business Change Management workstream, ensuring a structured and people-focused transition throughout the project lifecycle. Our role includes developing a comprehensive communication plan, conducting detailed change impact assessments, and performing a full training needs analysis.

The engagement will deliver several hours of structured training materials, targeted newsletters, visual communication assets, and user enablement content designed to support more than 1,200 users across the organisation.

Through this programme, The PLM Doctor will help ensure successful adoption, operational continuity, and long-term value realisation from the new engineering systems.
